From Outines (Marne) to Locheres (Meuse)

Embark on a journey along the GR®14B, a trail that weaves its way through the scenic landscapes of Marne, Haute-Marne, and Meuse. The adventure commences in the quaint town of Outines and concludes in the serene village of Lochères (Aubréville), taking you through a captivating series of towns and villages. Your first destination is Louvemont, a tranquil village where time appears to be frozen in its tracks. From there, the trail guides you to Saint-Dizier, a town celebrated for its abundant historical treasures. Next, you’ll encounter Chancenay, a place adorned with verdant landscapes, followed by Trois-Fontaines-l’Abbaye, a sanctuary of peace and tranquility. The path then meanders through Cheminon, Maurupt-le-Montois, Pargny-sur-Saulx, Alliancelles, Bettancourt, Charmont, Givry-en-Argonne, and La Neuville-aux-Bois. These places will leave you in awe with their stunning natural beauty. Discover the hidden gems of Le Vieil-Dampierre, Villers-en-Argonne, and Verrières, each deserving of exploration and admiration. Finally, the trail culminates in Sainte-Menehould, a town renowned for its intriguing history.
