The climate here is more Mediterranean, fostering a rich biodiversity where chestnut and holm oak trees mingle. It is a land steeped in history, deeply imbued with the epic of the Camisards and the former silk industry. The trail offers a quiet and authentic experience, far from the major tourist routes.
